In the interest of keeping the awards completely fair and totally impartial - we've requested outside help and left the decision making fully with the 3 judges. Only when the 3 agree unanimously will the winner be selected for each category. So when it comes to the awards on the night themselves, we're in for just as much of a surprise as you...
The judges will make their decision based upon the information supplied to them about each company within each category. However - they are picking their winners totally blind as they won't be told the company names, they will only be told the reason behind the nomination & entry. Each company or individual has been allocated a number in order to hide their identity to the judges and ensure that all decisions remain neutral and impartial.

Joanne Cook is an accredited Intuitive Leadership & Legacy Mentor, Business and Sales Strategist, Life Coach, and Psychic Medium. She is known for helping people break through barriers, amplify their voice, and build legacies that leave lasting impact.
Combining business strategy with intuitive insight, she empowers business owners to lead authentically and create a ripple effect that goes beyond making profits. Joanne is perfectly placed within her industry to help provide a great overall standing and viewpoint of the entries for this years awards and we're lucky to have her take on things.
KRISSIFOSKETT
Krissi Foskett is Managing Director of BD365 Clean and Clever Solutions, a national cleaning company specialising in commercial, film and TV, event, and biohazard cleaning.
A respected voice in the industry, Krissi helped to found and lead the Domestic Cleaning Business Network and has helped to train and support thousands of cleaners and business owners. During Covid, she wrote training and guidelines for the industry, and beyond which helped to frame the Scottish Governments response for the hospitality industry. She places practical health and safety advice and professionalism at the heart of everything she does. Her clients include Disney, Warner Bros, Netflix, BBC, Dior, and the Royal Highland Show, alongside major concerts such as The Killers and Harry Styles.
In 2026, Krissi is expanding into cleaning solutions, launching both professional products for cleaners and consumer products, alongside practical business support solutions for cleaning business owners. This new direction builds on her mission to support cleaners when they need it most and to drive higher standards across the sector.
FIONAMORRIS
Fiona is a passionate cleaning industry expert & has been in & around the cleaning industry for over 30 years.
She is also the founder of Start My Cleaning Biz, Grow My Cleaning Biz and the Australian Cleaning Academy all dedicated to her true calling, education. She holds many training, education and cleaning qualifications and is an award-winning cleaning business owner.
Having built and owned two cleaning companies, she is perfectly placed to give her take on who should take home these prestigious awards.
